My Bio
Grew up in Bristol - spent 6 yrs in the army - moved to London - went to uni as mature student. Now work in IT.
Recently returned to angling after a long haitus. Moved to Manchester, found the Goyt and the rest is history... Caught my first barbel July 2007!
Started fishing for barbel in the '07/'08 season. My current pb is 9lb 1oz - caught in Oct '07 from the River Goyt (a real gem of a river).
My philosophy on angling is to not take it too seriously and to spread the wealth; I will happily pass on what little I know to anyone.
